Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message to verify your order before it's dispatched, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.

2. Delivery Times

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2-4 business days
• Other cities and towns across Pakistan: 3-6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above a qualifying amount shown at checkout. Orders below that amount incur a flat shipping fee, calculated automatically at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide on all orders. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier, and keep your phone reachable — our team or courier partner may call to confirm your order before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can follow your package to your door.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or the courier was unable to reach you, contact support@breathify.co with your order number and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Breathify is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
